Imani Orphan Care is a Canadian non-profit organization that supports children and families in need in Kenya. These precious children that Imani Orphan Care helps to support were abandoned by their families, orphaned, or rescued from the streets and from unhealthy situations. Imani Orphan Care supports these kids with donations and sponsorship to help pay for their food, education, healthcare, and spiritual instruction.

This amazing ministry was started in 2010 by a local Abbotsford couple Geoff and Kim Lee as they answered God’s call on their life to reach out to God’s many children in need. It is incredible to see the growth of Imani Orphan Care since the beginning, this ministry is currently helping to care for 254 amazing kids.

Imani’s goal is to help offer these disadvantaged children the opportunity to gain tools, skills, and knowledge, so that they can create better futures for themselves. A sustainable approach that enhances lives.

Problem: Marriages and families across North America are falling apart and are in desperate need of help.

Passion: Doing Family Right (DFR) exists to teach people the truths that challenge relationships for the better and to share the non-negotiable difference that Jesus makes in a life, a marriage, and a family.

DFR is uniquely equipped to encourage marriages and give parents tools they need to pass on their faith and values to their children.  DFR was started by our president and director Dr. Dave Currie, who has been a pastor and counselor for over 35 years. His heart and passion are to see lives and marriages changed for God’s glory.

Our ministry is content rich offering education through conferences, counseling and an incredible library of videos, articles and podcasts on our web site. We strive to provide tools and applicable resources to marriages and families everywhere.
